AmbassadorTrack.net is a third-party application that allows users to voluntarily aggregate content from their Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts into their AmbassadorTrackaccount. By reading and agreeing to this policy, you are allowing AmbassadorTrack.net to obtain information from the following:

What data you are sharing:

When connecting social media profiles to your AmbassadorTrack account, AmbassadorTrack.net will be able to access your @handle, profile picture, and email address. AmbassadorTrack.net use this data to deliver platform service. Content shared from your social media accounts to AmbassadorTrack will be governed by the social media platforms privacy policy you are sharing to. AmbassadorTrack receives the data you publish to on social networks that you have connected to your AmbassadorTrack account. In addition to data you publish, AmbassadorTrack receives analytics data for certain social media accounts (Facebook pages, Instagram business accounts, YouTube accounts, and TikTok Profile).

How your data is processed:

Every 24 hours AmbassadorTrack will receive your current data from the social media platforms you connected. This data is then stored and available to your AmbassadorTrack account for your usage. Data is not shared or made accessible to any other users of AmbassadorTrack outside of the organization your account is associated with.

How the data is used:

Your data in AmbassadorTrack may be used and accessed by you and by users you have specifically granted access. AmbassadorTrack does not sell your data, or allow unauthorized access to any of your data or personal information.

Revoking app permission:

You may revoke the AmbassadorTrack permission for any of your connected social media accounts at any time using the steps below:

Deleting Data:

You have the right to request that your data be deleted from AmbassadorTrackat any time. If a user wishes to have his/her data removed they are to email support@AmbassadorTrack.net and make the request. Upon receipt of the request, all user's data will be removed from the system within 24 hours.

YouTube

AmbassadorTrack uses the YouTube API to access your YouTube account and retrieve data on videos that were uploaded by you.AmbassadorTrack does not have access to any of your YouTube or Google login information or personal information. AmbassadorTrack cannot manipulate your YouTube account in any way on your behalf.
